Google Adwords is allowing you to add location extensions to your ads. Have a look at the before and after to see what I mean.

Notice that the address now appears.

Please note: The address only appears if  you are advertising in the area
of your location. For example: If I search for SEO training in Toronto, the address would not appear in the ad since the location of the business is in Oakville.

How to Add Your Location in Adwords

  1. Go to Your Ad Groups Screen
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Show Relevant Addresses With Your Ads

From this drop down, you can either add your address manually or you can connect your Adwords Ad Group to your Google Local Business settings.

Adding the location extension adds a little bit of credibility to your ads and as we all know, every little bit helps in the conversion process and that will decrease your cost per click.
