Barry Byers, founder of Search Engine Academy, began teaching search engine optimization (SEO) and pay per click (PPC) in 2002. With the growth of social media and Search Engine Academy’s growth working in this rapidly evolving channel, Barry decided to add social media as a third course taught through the Internet Marketing Academy.
After teaching hundreds of students, the Internet Marketing Academy, continues to refine the curriculum for SEO, PPC, and social media, based on the evolving needs of students, as well as the natural changes happening within Internet marketing.
